Cascade Gateway Leadership gives you a seat at that table.
Over nine months, you’ll get an insider’s look at the organizations, businesses, and leaders shaping Lebanon and Linn County. You’ll tour facilities that most people never see, meet the people making important decisions, and build relationships with fellow leaders from across our community.
Whether you’re an emerging leader, a business owner, a manager, or someone who simply wants to make a bigger impact, this program will change the way you see the place you call home.
The 2026-2027 class begins in September, and only 15 seats remain. Once the class is full, registration closes until next year.
